EntropyZero takes an agentic approach: the assistant independently decides which documents from your knowledge base are relevant, follows cross-references, and automatically loads referenced guidelines, standards, or documentation — without you having to ask. This means you get a complete answer even when it needs to be assembled across multiple documents. You ask a specific question and get a specific answer — and can immediately verify for yourself whether the information is correct.
You can also upload your own documents directly in the chat and have them checked against your knowledge base: EntropyZero analyses the content, compares it with your stored files, and gives you a well-founded assessment.
EntropyZero supports many common formats out of the box: PDF, Word and PowerPoint documents, and e-mails. Technical documents containing formulas and calculations are handled reliably. Scanned documents are no problem thanks to the built-in OCR (optical character recognition), and of course you can work with documents in foreign languages too.
You can also align the assistant to your processes: define custom rules and templates — for example, that it always responds from the perspective of a quality inspector, uses specific phrasing, or focuses on selected document groups. This turns EntropyZero from a tool into a digital colleague who knows how you work.
Example from engineering: A development engineer is working on a new assembly and needs to check whether the planned design is consistent with the internal design guidelines, the relevant standards, and the requirements from the latest customer specification — spread across a dozen different documents. Cloud models (Claude, GPT-4o, Gemini) are connected exclusively via data centres in Germany or the EU — through AWS Bedrock Frankfurt, Azure OpenAI Frankfurt, or Google Cloud Frankfurt. For maximum privacy, models such as Llama or Mistral can be run entirely locally on your own server, so no request ever leaves your organisation.
You retain full control: you decide which documents and e-mails are added to the knowledge base — and which are not. Access rights can be controlled granularly so that each user only sees what they should.
